Meet the Ellsworth Hill Librarian

Mrs. Angie Jameson
Mrs. Angie Jameson began serving Hudson Explorers in the library media setting in 2025. Working alongside Stacey Namiotka and Tricia Speck in the Ellsworth Hill Media Center, Angie has a strong passion for building empathetic readers and lifelong learners. She will also spend time supporting media specialist Stephanie Raub at East Woods Intermediate School with 3rd graders. Jameson has been a school librarian since 2017, and prior to that, she taught high school English and journalism.
Angie loves to serve as a book reviewer for School Library Journal, and serving on the Best Books Committee is her favorite volunteer experience. In 2024, the Ohio Educational Educational Library Association (OELMA) honored Angie with the Outstanding Librarian Award. In 2023, Angie was recognized by OELMA for the Technology and Innovation Award, and in 2021 she was named the Collaborative School Librarian of the Year.
When Angie isn’t at school, you can find her curled up with a graphic novel or camping with her husband and two daughters.
