Mrs. Filomena

Hello! My name is Mrs. Filomena. I am the principal at Ellsworth Hill School. I am finishing my 28th year in education and have spent my entire career here in the Hudson City School District! Before becoming principal here at The Hill, I served as the principal of East Woods Intermediate School for one year, as the East Woods' assistant principal for six years, and as a fourth grade teacher there for eleven years. As you can tell, I LOVE working in Hudson! It is a very special place!

I am married to my husband, Chris, and we have a son, Chase.  Our family enjoys going on vacation to South Carolina and Florida, hanging out with our family and friends, biking and hiking on area trails, golfing on the links, and watching anything sports, especially Ohio State football games.
