New Sign IN/Sign OUT procedure: To help parents with signing in or out your students, we have moved to a Google Form via a QR Code. Parents should bring their ID and phone when signing in/out students. Parents, we ask that you complete the form before the student can be released.
Student Fees 2025-2026 School Year - Student Fees for this year have been posted. You can now pay for your student's school fees in PaySchools.

**To guarantee that your student receives a yearbook, you must purchase BEFORE 2/14/26. Yearbooks cost $25. After 2/14/26, any extra yearbooks will be sold cash & carry first come first serve and will cost $30.**

Hudson Community First
Hudson Community First invites parents and guardians to attend PARENTING IN THE DIGITAL WORLD presented by author Dr. Devorah Heitner. Wednesday, October 15 @ 7:00 pm in the Hudson Middle School Auditorium.
► Mentor your child as they grow up with apps like Roblox, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord ► Understand how mentoring over monitoring with screens actually works ► Help your child navigate a world where they can be exposed to problematic content ► Encourage your child to be thoughtful about their digital footprint and reputation ► Work on sleep habits to get enough rest ► Find the balance between plugged and unplugged activities ► Teach your child strategies to recognize how social media affects their mood and mental health and when to take a break ► Support your child in staying true to themselves as they grow up “in public” on social media apps

STATE OF MIND: HUDSON
State of Mind: Hudson Week is the first full week of October each year during Mental Illness Awareness Week, October 5-11. This year, we will focus on Mental Health First Aid and we hope you consider attending.
On October 7th, we're thrilled to welcome national representatives from Mental Health First Aid for a powerful conversation about the program’s impact and core concepts. Nutrition Services: Ellsworth Hill will be serving breakfast and lunch this year. Breakfast rates are: $1.75 or $2.00 per meal. Lunch is $3.25.

Ellsworth Hill Daily Schedule:
Students’ School Day Begins:
- 8:45 AM 1st bell rings. Students begin entering the building & report to classrooms.
- 9:00 AM School begins for all students. Tardy bell rings. Students should be in their classrooms. Please make every effort to have your student here on time.
Dismissal:
- 3:41 PM Walkers and bike riders are dismissed to the playground.
- 3:42 PM Car riders are dismissed to the gym and exit to the playground.
- 3:45 PM Bus riders are called over the PA in order of arrival and dismissed to the bus lot.
♦♦ Parent Pick-Up Reminder: Please display the car rider sign with your child's name on it in the front window/passenger side of your car. LEAVE your sign in your window until your child is in the car with you. If you need a sign please let the classroom teacher know and one can be sent home.
