PTO ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Family Drive-In Movie Night will be held next Friday, April 25. Please see the flyer for more details and visit web store to purchase tickets. Congratulations to Ms. Thrane’s classroom, the Box Tops contest winners and THANK YOU to everyone that participated last month - we had 8x typical participation and those $0.10 rewards really do add up when there are many people submitting them!
Staff Appreciation Week is the first week of May! Please visit Sign Up Genius to donate snacks and goodies for staff to enjoy and keep an eye out for email reminder and thank you hand out heading home soon.
Carnival planning is underway. Please note date change if you were at meeting: Wednesday, April 30, 1-3 pm: organize games in school storage closet. Please email me if you would like to join committee and help out with this event in planning capacity. Also, we’re in need of extra t-shirts in a variety of youth sizes to have on hand in case students forget to wear their class color. If you have a red, orange, yellow, kelly green, royal blue, light heather gray, or white t-shirt that you’re willing to part with, please send in to school in bag labeled “For PTO Carnival” by our next meeting on Tuesday, May 13.

Nutrition Services: Ellsworth Hill will be serving breakfast and lunch this year. Breakfast rates are: $1.75 or $2.00 per meal. Lunch is $3.00.

Ellsworth Hill Daily Schedule:
Students’ School Day Begins:
- 8:45 AM 1st bell rings. Students begin entering the building & report to classrooms.
- 9:00 AM School begins for all students. Tardy bell rings. Students should be in their classrooms. Please make every effort to have your student here on time.
Dismissal:
- 3:41 PM Walkers and bike riders are dismissed to the playground.
- 3:42 PM Car riders are dismissed to the gym and exit to the playground.
- 3:45 PM Bus riders are called over the PA in order of arrival and dismissed to the bus lot.
♦♦ Parent Pick-Up Reminder: Please display the car rider sign with your child's name on it in the front window/passenger side of your car. LEAVE your sign in your window until your child is in the car with you. If you need a sign please let the classroom teacher know and one can be sent home.
