PTO ANNOUNCEMENTS

November meeting November 12 at 9:15 am in staff lounge. Please join us if you are able. If anyone is interested in becoming involved with general PTO and would like to co-head rep with me this year, please let me know - EH will be in need of head rep next year and I would love talk someone through it this year while I’m still helping out at building.

THANK YOU for supporting the Unfundraiser! We raised $10,457 to support PTO programs at Ellsworth Hill and students have earned the following rewards: popsicles at lunch, a glow dance party in music class, dough day in art class, and a scavenger hunt in library. Thanks again for making these rewards and additional programming possible. We couldn’t do it without your support!

Nutrition Services: Ellsworth Hill will be serving breakfast and lunch this year. Breakfast rates are: $1.75 or $2.00 per meal. Lunch is $3.00.

Ellsworth Hill Daily Schedule:

Students’ School Day Begins:

8:45 AM 1st bell rings. Students begin entering the building & report to classrooms.
9:00 AM School begins for all students. Tardy bell rings. Students should be in their classrooms. Please make every effort to have your student here on time.

Dismissal:

3:41 PM Walkers and bike riders are dismissed to the playground.
3:42 PM Car riders are dismissed to the gym and exit to the playground.
3:45 PM Bus riders are called over the PA in order of arrival and dismissed to the bus lot.

♦♦ Parent Pick-Up Reminder: Please display the car rider sign with your child's name on it in the front window/passenger side of your car. LEAVE your sign in your window until your child is in the car with you. If you need a sign please let the classroom teacher know and one can be sent home.
