PTO Calendar at a Glance:

Ellsworth Hill PTO will be meeting next Tuesday, September 3 at 9:15 am in the Staff Lounge. The meeting agenda is attached. If you’re interested in volunteering your time and helping our building PTO this year, visit Sign Up Genius to learn more and add your name to the list. More info will be coming soon about the Ellsworth Hill PTO Unfundraiser, which exclusively supports Ellsworth Hill staff and students, as well as our events calendar, after the meeting next week.

Due to updates to Raptor security system, you MUST bring your driver’s license to scan to enter the building each time you visit.

General PTO Membership Drive is happening now. Join by this Saturday, August 31, to take advantage of discounted rate $15/family. Click here to visit PTO website for more details and join.

PTO Spirit Wear sale is ending soon! Order now through Monday, September 2 here. Items will be delivered to school and sent home with students approximately 2-3 weeks after sale closes.

Nutrition Services: Ellsworth Hill will be serving breakfast and lunch this year. Breakfast rates are: $1.75 or $2.00 per meal. Lunch is $3.00.

Ellsworth Hill Daily Schedule:

Students’ School Day Begins:

8:45 AM 1st bell rings. Students begin entering the building & report to classrooms.
9:00 AM School begins for all students. Tardy bell rings. Please make every effort to have your student here on time.

Dismissal:

3:41 PM Walkers and bike riders are dismissed to the playground.
3:42 PM Car riders are dismissed to the gym and exit to the playground.
3:45 PM Bus riders are called over the PA in order of arrival and dismissed to the bus lot.

Parent Pick-Up Reminder: Please display the car rider sign with your child's name on it in the front window/passenger side of your car. LEAVE your sign in your window until your child is in the car with you. If you need a sign please let the classroom teacher know and one can be sent home.
